Family-owned company
HARTING is has remained a 100% family owned and managed company since its foundation by Wilhelm and Marie Harting in 1945. Today, the owners Dietmar and Margrit Harting are heading the company in cooperation with executive staff and their two children: Philip Harting is active as Senior Vice President Connectivity & Networks, while Maresa Harting-Hertz is Senior Vice President Finance, Controlling & Tax. In this way, the transition from the second to the third generation of the family is ensured, in line with the company vision of remaining an independent family owned and managed company.
